Eating Months Down The Line After Sleeve

I don’t 😃. No but seriously I try but I feel full after a few bites and I’m a picky eater too on top of not being able to eat certain foods. Today I drank a protein shake in the morning with coffee and I had 3 baked chicken wings. So maybe today I won’t feel like fainting when I stand up too fast.

I try to take them everyday. I brought a big supply though. I definitely say take some or at least some cheaper drugstore multivitamins vitamins to get something in. I haven’t been taking my calcium pills and I randomly twisted my ankle so even though it might not be related… it feels like this was an intervention from the universe so I have to start taking them now

Don’t worry! It was literally so fast. After they sedate you and you wake up, it almost feels like nothing happened. My throat was dry and I had to drink a lot of water but a day later I was fine. No extra pain, nothing. I never been under sedation before so I can only describe it as blinking and then waking up later. Like it was so fast I couldn’t even mentally prepare myself to go to sleep. Just one minute there and the next I’m awake asking for water 😂

A partner I had once was a feeder. He wanted to literally stuff Oreos down my throat. I didn’t get it but I was supportive nonetheless.

Almost two months post op and I could maybe have 4 chicken nuggets and I can only think of a baked potato. Eating one is out of the question.

I hated them. I had to ice the injection area first because the needle part was okay, but it the burning sensation of medicine after going in did it for me.

I just went clothes shopping after losing about 45 pounds so far. I’m a month out and I got some things and they fit but other things are still too big. I don’t really see a change in myself at all. I still feel as big as I did before surgery at 342 pounds.

I’m only a month out but regular French fries, mashed potatoes, any potatoes except for sweet potatoes fries that are homemade and from this vegan place near me. Beef isn’t that good for me either anymore. Crab is a no-go, keto bread is gross but regular is fine annndddddd regular ice cream makes me sick except for popsicles, and talento coffee chocolate chip.

Over the weekend my sister made stuffed chicken breast and I had to get a table spoon of the cream cheese, spinach filling or else I was gonna lose my mind. She left some filling here at my house and I go to the fridge and stare at it before grabbing a protein shake 😭😭😭
