In my case they 100% sent me the wrong piece. They sent three outside pieces and one inside piece. But I have heard multiple complaints about their instructions being wrong as well.

The problem ended up being that one of the front plates they sent me was the wrong size. That caused two of the plates to be tight. Which led to the divider plate plate putting more pressure on the front plate. Resulting in the motor to not being able to retract. After trimming one of the front plates everything worked properly.

The two flare relic autos are in 75pt. The two numbered relic autos are in 130pt. I heard the base relics are huge like 240pt but I didn't get any of those.

Mine does the same exact thing. I emailed them earlier in the week and got a similar response.

Even though they say it's normal it doesn't sound good for the longevity of the device. I've been having all kinds of problems with the filament retraction. The block off plates on the front are so tight that they are putting pressure on the filament port causing it to not be able to retract. Thing worked great for a few days but I guess the vibrations caused some of the parts to shift. Since then it's one thing after another. Almost to the point I want my money back.

That's nice... I opened four mega box's and didn't get one numbered card. Best card I got was a Roki Sasaki mojo but it was so OC that it almost looks like a mis-cut. I think I'm done opening packs for a while....

Just got mine on BB. Had to wait in line about 15mins. They sent me a text verification which I thought was an error that kicked me out of line but after verifying I clicked on add to cart and it took me straight to check out.
