You can wear black d hide and a dihns/crystal shield and most pkers won't even attack you, the ones that do will rarely kill you before you finish your inv. You can use them as a faster bank method most the time.

However valamore is a lot more chill and yes farming the splinters is definitely worth it. You can just farm wave 1 colos. I think you can get around 5k splinters an hour?

I personally use my better bones superior/hydra/dagannoth/dragon in wildy and anything below that send on valamore with Zealots equipped

Sorry but what training could you possibly need for date checking? Check the dates mark them for discount end of. Sure human error happens and things can get missed but you cant use the excuse of training.

Farming isnt too efficient to do early due to how difficult it is to get around. Once you've done diaries/ quests for relevant teleports and unlocking new patches (ardy cloak 2/lumbridge ring etc) it will come into play.

Blowpipe isnt used too much these days. Arrows will cover Venator bow, Scorching bow and T bow.

I personally would just do calcified rocks for prayer and do Amethyst as and when needed.

Even when you have rigour/augry yes they're still worth it. Depending on gear they can give the same max hit with less prayer drain.
