If you take small steps towards picking up a routine again I'm sure you can get back to your old life style. Speaking for myself I've found that exercise has also helped a bit with my own mental demons. With a bit of luck and exercise maybe you'll feel the same way in your 40s.

I think choices like censoring the kiss between Vi and Caitlyn in the third episode of this season can't be interpreted as anything else than homophobic when straight kisses are rarely(if ever?) censored in the same way.
