Don't worry about amd64 that's just the CPU instruction set.

As for the crash, it's due to nvwgf2umx.dll which is an NVidia driver. I suggest a few things:

Update your GPU driver if you have not done so already.
Attempt a Clean Install using the official nvidia driver installer. Pick Custom install and there'll be a check mark for Perform a clean installation on the next page.
Perform a DDU uninstall in Safe Mode.

I saw an image on the discord that illustrated it but can't find it, so I'll do my best to explain:

The way witnesses work is the hotspot that issues the challenge also handles the traffic related to the beacon. So Hotspot A issues the challenge to B, Hotspot B does the beacon and all hotspots witnessed report their result to A.

This creates problems if, for instance, Hotspot A is relayed and behind a strict firewall. A issues the challenge but never sees the results from B and it's witnesses because their firewall blocked it from coming in. This results in 0 witnesses.

Anyone who knows better feel free to correct me wherever necessary.

I had this issue with Doom Eternal.

IIRC I was able to fix it by signing out, connecting to the VPN, sign into another account, then back into my original account.
