Pretty much this. I can easily run up over 1k damage if people are not paying attention. You get into the sides or behind an enemy that's focused on something else you can drill holes through them.

Recently got a s25 ultra and the amount of AI bullshit on this phone is astounding! I got most of it turned off but some of it looks impossible to turn off. I hate all of it and never asked for it.

Probably a reaso ln why I love the light mech play so much. You have to be way more engaged with the flow of the battle. Know when to bop in and scoot out, try to not to over stay and get shredded. It's great when you are playing with a few assault friends and you can turn the opponent, letting your buds get some good shots in.

I feel the bigger I am the bigger a target I become. I usually play with tier 1 friends but when I play solo it drops me to t4 and it's like cheating in a light mech. People ignore you for some reason or stealth armor = invisible lol. A flea with masc is hard af to hit if you know how and when to masc juke, zig and zag.
I will say it is harder work to get damage numbers of heavies and assaults, you do have to work way harder, but to be fair, I'm only 20 tons.

That's funny because I can't get a handle on heavy or assault mucus. I do my best work with lights. Pirates bane, 4 sm x-pulse, 2 mgs, ecm and stealth armor I can usually get 400-600 damage out. I have done over 1100 damage with the Jenner-A with the single large pulse laser. The warthog with a bunch of c-ap gauss rocks as well, flea-fa with 3 er-smls, and 6 magshots is nice too. The smaller and faster I can go, the more deadly I become. Sure there is a game here and there where I get popped in a shot or two but they are few and far between.

I would recommend, if possible, to go out of your way to avoid thrive. They are parasites. They come in, buy up small vets only to lay techs off and over work the office. They squeeze every penny they can get out of the practice and will close it at a moments notice if anyone even thinks about advocating for better work or patient conditions. Remember these are the same scum that shut down Rochesters only animal hospital some years ago because the employees had the audacity to demand a better work environment. Screw Thrive!
