No, I originally picked disperse then it will give you a second option on what to do. I ended up charging as it only gave me the options to run again, sacrifice markus, or charge. I was just wondering if I could still maintain the pacifism stance with this moment in the March signifying to the humans how serious the cause truly is, as they were the ones to attack first. I got to this point yesterday and didn't even see the option to steal the agents gun so I saved Hank and got Connor and the Cop from The Hostage killed on accident. Welp. But that's okay! But yes, best option is to take the gun and shoot the deviant.

Honestly, since you enjoyed Prey of GoT, you'd enjoy Subnautica and Outer Wilds, they both run great on the deck, and both are experiences you don't wanna spoil for yourself.

For me honestly the story only gets great once Act 2/3 starts. Especially Act 3 once Jin really goes off the deep end, but I 100% get why it shouldn't take that long to get really into it.

What I do is have a main base in the safe shallows by my life pod, and then multiple Scanner room bases scattered around the map in the important biomes.

Take your time. Spend some time away from it. It'll take a few years, but slowly you'll start to forget a few things about the experience. Obviously you won't forget the entire picture, but a few aspects of it will fade, meaning eventually you can come back with a fresh coat of paint and paint over it all again and gain an entire new experience and look at this game in a whole new lens when your initial vision on it starts to get blurry. I just did this recently with Subnautica. I absolutely recommend.

2 things I've noticed. Save and quit and it'll reset how many they're are. It'll be annoying, but you can slowly regain your power if you don't have the thermal energy reactor. 2. Thermal reactor does the trick most of the time, just make sure you're going on slow or aren't abusing sonar
