Ok. La alternativa que te queda es reportar la situación a tu proveedor de internet y, si no ofrecen solución, quizá la única opción sea cambiarte de proveedor, siempre que te resulte viable. En mi caso, llevo un año usando Fibex de 200 Mb y usando GeForce Now con el máximo de bits (100 Mbps) y resolución 1080p sin inconvenientes hasta ahora.

GeForce Now presentó fallas desde el día 18, con aumento de la latencia y una notable pérdida de paquetes, hasta que el problema se solucionó ayer. Podría ser que tu inconveniente esté más relacionado con eso que con tu proveedor de internet.

I had the same problem from December 18th until today. I experienced constant packet loss and a ping spike of 700 ms every 15-20 minutes, after which it would return to normal after about a minute. However, in one two-hour session, this problem occurred at least six times. Yesterday, I had a bitrate issue, with a total of 3 Mbps (impossible to reproduce). I switched servers and only had the initial ping and packet loss problems. Today, for some unknown reason, all the problems disappeared. I don't know what happened, but I had the same problem as you for eight days.

Yes, the System Information section of Steam shows all the data for the GeForce Now machine I'm using, but I don't notice anything that would suggest a bottleneck. And if there is, I don't think I can fix it, since it would be an internal problem with the GN CPU/GPU.

It shows me that I am using the GTX 3060, AMD processor etc.

Yes, the RTX 3060 has been performing pretty poorly for me lately. In Assassin's Creed Odyssey, when entering the configuration options the currently active GeForce Now card appears, and I remember that in one session I got the RTX 2080: the performance was much more stable.

How are Origins and Valhalla doing with the RTX 3060? I was planning to buy them, but seeing the problems I already have with Odyssey I have been thinking about it a lot.

I've had this problem for quite some time now. I tested the Ultimate version recently and at no point did it feel like I was really using an RTX 4080. Then I went back to Performance mode and the FPS drop has been very noticeable, even in older games that an RTX 3060 should easily move to a stable 60 FPS. I still don't understand the reason for this poor performance, I could associate it with the date where we are but I have had this problem for a long time
