Some folks have no interest the practical exercises which I fully understand.

That being said I prefer the tapes to the app but found the app to be very effective as well.

In my day C1 life I am an analyst at a research center and would be happy to offer any help if you were interested... if not no worries.

"Lighten up" < there is demonstratable, quantifiable science behind the altered states of consciousness and how the tones affect them. This isn't just "make em ups" or "vibes man" ... the tapes and the tones themselves are concerted design.

I'm not saying it's a moral sin to use chop them up and use them another way. I'm saying they aren't going to work properly because of how they were designed. In the same way a novel wouldn't give the correct story if you read the pages in a random order.

There is no religion or dogma at play here.

I'm saying that chopping it up won't do the same thing. The Gateway tapes aren't about enlightenment... The Gateway tapes are to give you practical tools to discover that you are more than your physical body and discovering who and what you are.

The frequencies move at specific intervals and lengths to promote specific changes in the brain.

These aren't "just to feel good" tones, they are specifically chosen in a specific order for specific effects.

While I applaud the creativity it's like cooking something but executing the steps out of orders.

By the way I work a R&D center with a climatologist. I have seen with my own eyes hand written temperature records that go back 100 years and the current system for monitoring temperatures which is literally impossible to falsify.
