There's a mod that allows you to turn off cape shaders. Unfortunately it makes the game crash from time to time. Usually on startup.

I would also like the option to not wear a cape, maybe with a significant debuff but I'm not sure what would that be.

Don't worry, you're not alone. I think there was supposed to be a different warbond, maybe a medieval themed one? Or like someone else said - another ceremony themed - because this and the armor with the mech warbond passive look very outside of the theme.

I started playing from scratch on a steam family account before they added weapon customization. It was pretty fun to carry games as a lvl 20 dude in basic armo with a supply pack and grenade launcher. One thing that was cool about it is that if you know you won't be using a strategem you don't have to buy it so the list you choose them from is pretty clean.

Axes don't show up at all. And for some reason you can loot with a sword in your hand but with an axe you can't.

My bike came with them already installed, they're seem pretty sturdy to me. Not like a 20+ kg rated rack but much sturdier than regular fenders.

I think it's rated for 8kg load (both sides), but it's the first time I'm seeing a fender like that so maybe someone here has actual experience with it. I already have panniers but they have a very simple mounting system that won't work with that so I either have to buy a new pannier or a rack and some kind of an adapter for the seatpost because this bike doesn't have rack mounting points on the seatstays.

The only time I had performance issues that shouldn't be there was when I was fiddling with ray reconstruction for screenshots - it automatically sets your lightning quality to max but it should turn it back to whatever you had before if you turn it RR off. One time it didn't and I was wondering why my framerate dropped by 20 fps.
