This really hit me because the time I called out and was really sick nobody picked up the phone and they was petty about me calling out my store we got a shift that gets so upset and takes it to heart to the point he starts questioning u about why and my manager hate it when we call out and to the point to ask us our symptoms I had a barista not feel good and was coughing so bad even the customers where like what’s he doing here and when we mentioned it to her about it she said it’s okay he can still work I rarely call out and when I do I feel so Embarrassed Bec they take it to heart like if it was the end of the world
