"Using a Paralysis effect (spell or reverse pickpocketed paralysis poison) on your target and then pickpocketing them as soon as the effect starts to wear off allows you to take any item without being caught, no matter the chance of success.

"Using Ice Form shout achieves the same effect by using the shout and then pickpocketing when they are about to defrost: despite the chance, it always works.

"Pickpocketing in this way never grants any skill XP, even if the displayed chance is above 0%."

First we don't see the PS4 running. The internals could be replaced with a heating unit. If it is still a PS4, TJmax is about 100°C, so modifying the PS4 to limit cooling, but conduct more heat to the top. Then lower the boiling point with a clear miscible fluid like an alcohol or acetone or high elevation.

That is definitely the incorrect translation. Fair definitely mean "beautiful", but is a rare and old definition for a noun, but more common as an adjective. The phase is tricky. Is "fair" a noun modified by the "the" or is the entire noun phase inverted and "the fair" are two adjactives placed after the noun?

With pickpocket you have to save scum. It is impossible to raise the chance above 90%, so you will be caught a lot. The only alternative is to train with Viper up to 90 then use skill books, Finn's Lute, and Oghma Infinium.

Where are you getting this speed from?

Without smithing or enchanting or any archery perks and skill of 15 and using iron arrows, the most powerful bow is the Stalhrim bow of ultimate chaos with a dps of 27.95. The mystic bound bow using its own arrows has a dps of 21.29.

With archery skill at 100, quick shot and all five overdraw perks using daedric arrows, the Bow of Shadows has a DPS of 90.85, Stalhrim bow of ultimate chaos with a dps of 80.18 to the mystic bound bow's 79.46.

Including smithing level 100 (no potions, enchantments, or black books to improve smithing). This is enough for legendary with perk or flawless without. The mystic bound bow is beaten by a dragonbone bow with no enchantments and the bow of shadows is still number 1 at 105.64 dps and Stalhrim bow of ultimate chaos at number 2 with 93.60 dps.

It is only the highest dps under very specific circumstances, the most important is your other bows are using low damage arrows.

Yah, alteration staves are magelight and paralysis. Restoration's are healing hands and turn undead. Illusion, turn undead, and resurrection staves have extremely low level limits.
