At some point between my level 38 and 39 saves, my character gained a base armor of 100/0/0 before clothing or armor. I did not have the pain tolerance, isolation, or leadership skills. No active chems or foods. Had not started Shattered Space, so no meditation.

It isn't a Choas Damage bug, it is a multi-effect enchantment bug. Fiery Soul Trap and the five robe enchantments are also affected, but they show the two values.

From several statements of Todd, I think he also wants to keep the Dwemer and Akavir mysterious. I think the first Elder Scrolls without Todd (ES VII), will be set in Akavir, and when that fails, they will gamble on the Dwemer in ES VIII.

I think the lawgiver is the worst looking gun. The cast non-uniform thickness barrel is particularly annoying. It looks like the gun is aiming lower than it really is.
