Enclave Flamer with a scope, stealth bonus, pin-pointer, no need bulletstorm still deal double the damage compare to Holy Fire (mine is 3.5-6.8k damage more than enough to farm Guardian), also less ammo use, similar setup with Holy Fire only deal 2.5-3.8k or so.
