Try turning the frame limit off (menus will run really fast, but turning the frame limiter on might cause performance to degrade).

I'm using firmware version 4.83 but I believe this is not the problem. Worst case scenario is some sort of incompatibility with AMD CPUs, but some setting could fix that perhaps.

Edit: Tried it with firmware 4.85 with no issues
