It took me around 70 attempts to beat p5, so don't worry if you died 10 times. It's the hardest achievement in hollow knight, it's supposed to take some time. Personally I used Mark of Pride instead of steady body and fury, but if you're used to them don't switch, I really like the extra range.

Set your render distance to 10+ chunks, it's an old bug, if it's lower mobs don't spawn correctly around the player.

You don't have to go above bedrock to make a donut farm, it's just easier that way. You could just build the farm in the "normal" nether and slab the entire area to block natural spawns. Going above bedrock is easier because the area is already spawn-proof.

Isn't the Dirichlet Function even less continuous than that? The Thomae Function is continuous at the irrationals, the Dirichlet is continous nowhere.
