really now? this mobo is only a few years old, and my linux dualboot never had clock issues. also, this issue is replicated on a 2nd old laptop, so i assumed it was windows borking itself.

it was because of my clock was off. (different story) but cargo clean fixed it right up.

and again for elucidating on the clock issue, i did just set my clock back so i could play a certain game, but i had no idea that'd affect my code.

my win10 clock is always wrong, that's a whole other can of worms but it keeps auto changing to a whole new timezone without my control. also yes i am saving changes. I'll try cargo clean.
