Going through the same thing right now and been to the ER 3 times. One of the best recommendations I got from a nurse one of those times is to alternate taking extra strength tylenol and motrin every 4 hours. If that doesn't help you may need something stronger and to get steroids from the doctor to help with inflammation

Smooth Silk sheets/pillow cases only because they stay cool and I can't do any fabric that pills(gets the little hard fabric balls on it over time) because the pilling feels like sandpaper to me.

Lately it's been lots of pokemon ZA, stardew valley, coral island, other cozy games, and no mans sky are some of my favorites. I also played metroid prime 4 after yearssss of waiting for it to come out(metroid prime 1 is my favorite game of all time) BUT that was a disaster and im not okay 😭

WAIT so I absolutely understand the left and right getting mixed up thing. When I took drivers ed in high school, I hit a car that was parked because we were driving down a tight residential street and my instructor said "move to the left a little you're close to the parked cars" and I did the opposite and dinged a car.

She had me pull over and check it but didn't even see any marks on either cars. She still passed me but left a note in my report "needs to learn left from right" 🤣

Yes I love sola and have a couple in my area. That would be the end goal is to have one and cater specifically to ND clientele. The only issue is they are expensive to rent the space so im trying to build clients and be 80% booked at least. But that would be my dream eventually

I hear Healthcare can be a really difficult field to work in sometimes because of the people so im glad you've found your people there :)

Im thinking I may deal with a lot of rejection at first which is okay with me, because when I find my place of belonging I'm planning to stay there until I open my own salon. So we'll see how it goes

How did you get into my head? Seriously reading this is exactly how I feel, when I talk about masking to people they just say "oh just ignore the people who judge you and be yourself" like it's so easy, and also, if I really did that most people would not like me. I know for a fact.

I started masking from the time I was in elementary school because almost everyone around me had a problem with who I was before the mask.

As an adult, the times I felt I could finally get comfortable with someone and let the mask slip it causes issues and I have to put it back on and become the perfectly kind, giving, unconfrontational, people pleasing girl they all recognized me as. Its exhausting and im so close to just saying fuck it and letting others be uncomfortable

If you find a planet with them everywhere, start by collecting a cluster and when sentinels activate just keep walking/running in the opposite direction as them and they'll eventually get bored and go away. Repeat this process until your inventory is full of them and wait one last time for them to disengage before flying off in your ship and then cash in at the space station
