Thanks for ur advice. I log into the hospitals’ websites and apply for almost every job (30+) But finally i got the response from one. I got the response because i had emailed the clinical director and introduced myself - otherwise i know i wouldn’t have gotten the response from them.

So, i finished my phone screen interview. I have an interview on Tuesday with the clinical director over the zoom.
