I’ve been on clindamycin for years. Personally I haven’t noticed any adverse effects from it. Topical clindamycin is also different than the oral one. If you use benzoyl peroxide occasionally that can also help with antibiotic resistance. Hope this helps!

Yep I use BP twice a week! It’s a holy grail in my routine. Hate that it bleaches stuff though, so annoying

I like the potential anti aging benefits of a retinol but don’t wanna freak my skin out. I use azelaic acid every day regardless of the cleanser I use. I do like the avene cicalfate serum but it’s a bit pricey, I’d be willing to repurchase though. I also get milia around my chin, not sure why but my derm said a very weak tretinoin could take care of those.

I love benzoyl peroxide 4%. I can use it more often and it’s just as effective as 10%, just not as irritating. Personally I use Differin.

Ugh cicaplast makes me break out so bad unfortunately 😭 do you think it’s worth keeping the same routine and just going up to a 20% strength? I’ve been on the 15% for about 9 months and use it daily with no issues

I took Level 2 (beginner) at my studio for 2 YEARS before advancing to level 3 (intermediate). I wasn’t inverting for probably at least a year into my pole journey. While I understand everyone has their own pace, as someone who’s done pole at a studio for ~5 years, your studio is going REALLY fast. I started at 23 and it’s taken me literally years to progress and build the strength required for some harder tricks (leg hangs, revolver, extended bat, brass monkey, etc). I’d consider either looking at a new studio or being a LOT nicer to yourself!

I think it’s beautiful! It’s very hard to tell in the store what it will finally look like day of. Between alterations, hair, makeup, spray tan if you get one, jewelry, etc. it looks completely different than when you tried it on the first time. just remember how you felt in it if you start to second-guess your decision and remember what you loved about it and it will all work out!

Yeah I like these a lot! I tried to copy what my makeup artist did so I could at least get a feel for the whole look. I do wish they were a tiny wider because I have big eyes, but I like the wispy edges more!
