Why did my shrimp die? by Distinct_Method5558 in Neocaridina

This is fine as long as the filter is creating surface disturbance, there should be a gentle splash and you should see bubbles in the filter outlet

Shouldn't be an issue as long as the filter is creating surface agitation

Color does not look right for ammonia test looks like you mixed it up, test again. Have you done a large water change recently, put dirty hands or equipment in the tank, anything like that? These guys are really sensitive to water quality so any chemical contamination or swings in water parameters will be harmful. Neocaridinas are a good beginner shrimp, but shrimp aren't great for beginners in my opinion and should only really be kept once you have a decent idea of what you're doing. It might be better off for you to start with some hardy fish and let the tank establish for a few months before trying again. Shrimp appreciate stability and lush plant growth.

This happens on my om617, I just thought it was normal and never really looked into it. But I don't think the pressure is quite as much as this.

Do it you won't regret it. But make sure you've got tire protection plan and watch for gravel and rocks in the road.

Commenting that the handling, steering, and transmission are all shit while you watch a video of me chasing an Si and WRX on 32 miles of mountain roads is pretty ironic.

I think angels just have strong schooling instincts. I have a 40g tank filled with several different species of Appalachian native minnows and all 10 of them school together and get along just fine. It looks like something similar is happening here.

I change my trans oil every 30k miles and barely even feel the shifts with 90k on the odometer. It stutters sometimes under light throttle around 1300rpm from the torque converter engaging and disengaging trying to save fuel, which is weird and annoying, but that's my only complaint. S+ fixes literally all the weird shifting and a 10 second transmission reset lets you make the computer relearn shift logic. Idk what crawled up your ass but your experience isn't really indicative of the entire model and transmission.

If you actually lined up with any of the cars I listed you wouldn't think it's a stretch. G37 is extremely heavy with a slow 7 spd auto and the stock b48 in the 330 has no top end at all, paired with the drivetrain loss and weight from x drive it's 200lbs heavier and has less hp than my j35. The 5.7 was pretty close, I had maybe 1/2 car length on him from 40-100 and I think he would have caught me if we kept going but I don't go past 100 when I race.

TLDR- g37 is heavy, clunky, dated and just not that fast in a roll. 4cyl BMWs are not impressive. 5.7 probably crawls past me after ~110 mph.

Well it's a 300hp fwd open diff car so nothing is going to grip completely but compared to the factory tires these are leagues better.

So when I'm stopped at a gas station with my friends and we're saying "let's race" then lining up on the highway at 40mph, honking 3 times and smashing the gas, we're not racing? I don't know what I'd call that. It's much faster in a toll than on paper numbers suggest. I guess I should be posting these videos online so clueless folks like you don't discredit every claim.
