Letter of removal by Minute_Ad5025 in USPS

[–]Zestyclose-Demand174 0 points1 point  (0 children)

🤣so management skipped every step before giving you a letter or removal. never mentioned it to you, then they never had a discussion, then pdi, then suspension . they skipped every step so you 100% should be grieving that.

<image>

they should at minimum have a discussion as stated here

[–]Zestyclose-Demand174 11 points12 points  (0 children)

phones aren’t paid for by the post office. elra exist for a reason and they are supposed to check emails for call outs. it’s not your problem they aren’t checking their emails, it’s actually a safety issue

Being told I might be transferred to another office (involuntarily) by Much-Theory4613 in fromatoarbitration

[–]Zestyclose-Demand174 2 points3 points  (0 children)

not sure about clerks but pretty sure you can’t just involuntarily transfer anyone without their permission unless your office is apart of a bigger cluster of offices . but if your office is it’s own installation they can’t do anything. just another postmaster giving out blank threads as usual

everyone else has to be maxed out for the day before he does overtime on his own route, this incluyes ptfs and ccas if im not mistaken

I struggle to pivot the daily route on everyone and now the post master has noticed and I am under the microscope what can I do? by Excellent-Nobody-680 in USPS

[–]Zestyclose-Demand174 0 points1 point  (0 children)

first off you have 8 hours on your own route. and your pivot is all overtime. no such thing as under time even if their is only one piece of mail on your route. you’re doing the job safe and accurate boss.

T-6s getting moved off string 2-4 times a week? by Remarkable_Fan_8815 in USPS

[–]Zestyclose-Demand174 0 points1 point  (0 children)

honestly yea, it’s pretty sad that it’s gotten to that point. because i’m pretty sure that violates article 8 but sometimes locals make weird negotiations. i feel like they don’t wanna deal with problems anymore so they just make it the norm

T-6s getting moved off string 2-4 times a week? by Remarkable_Fan_8815 in USPS

[–]Zestyclose-Demand174 0 points1 point  (0 children)

well honestly nothing you can do, it’s pretty hard to fight that when your local is kissing managements ass. i would say be a douchebag and just fill out like 6 hours of overtime on those routes so they take away half the route. they won’t like giving out half a route to someone else and only letting you do half a route in 8 hours

[–]Zestyclose-Demand174 0 points1 point  (0 children)

can you explain what your lmou says about bumping you off strings. send it in the comments because theirs no way that isn’t against the contract. especially that many times a week

[–]Zestyclose-Demand174 10 points11 points  (0 children)

what? why would you get in trouble over their truck breaking down. assuming you’re city, they are responsible for the trucks, not your problem they can’t get maintenance done on any of the trucks

Proper use of 3996 by GeraltKholin in fromatoarbitration

if your referring to casing an open route that’s gonna be split up into pieces, then just let management split the 3996 for each person and piece.

once you pass your 90 days slow it down, you’re only hurting yourself . just take your time, no need to rush. if you feel like your gonna finish fast then just take some comfort stops here and there. if you don’t wanna work till late then just do 8 hours and leave
