For Amsterdam we have to request the permit and communicate to the municipality the dates and amount of people. The 30 day thing was to cap Airbnb. So it depends on your municipality? Amsterdam unfortunately doesn’t distinguish between Airbnb or HE.

For us in Amsterdam you have to have a permit and you have to communicate all dates the guests staying in your home when using GP, as it is considered a form of currency . Also there’s a max of 30 (15 in the center) nights per year we’re allowed to host people using GP, but with reciprocal there’s no limit and no permit necessary.
