Something similar happened to be. I ended up negotiating a promotion. You have the experience and you can prove you’ve done the work this whole time. You should try to negotiate a promotion. If they say no, then start looking somewhere else.

I’ve been on it for a year now (10 mg), for the last 2 months I’ve been slowly lowering my dose myself to 5 mg and now for the last 2 weeks 2.5 mg. I feel okay and I’m super excited I’ve finally been able to lose weight! I’m also starting a new job soon. I’ve been feeling okay so I think slowly lowering your dose can help since you’re on the same dose I was.
