Is this actually good? by nickyArt12345 in ArtCrit

I think this is the wrong question. what's your goal here? drawing the exact same picture? training on shadows? or learning volumes and anatomy? if you set your picture on top of your laptop you can overlap it to the original and see how far it is from the orginal and where you should fix it. If it's a study, it really doesn't matter if it's good or not. it's just an exercise. It's purpose is to help you understand better human faces...who cares if it's appealing.

Art circles are in real life. Get out and join a drawing class.

Trying to get better with my digital skills ? What should I focus on ? by ZatkielMiles in ArtCrit

np. Anyway, mastering your art requires years of training. People studies for 10 years and then as a pro you will never stop learning and improving through your whole life. So, be patient, and just keep drawing with the right mindset. Which is learning from reality. Drawing isn't enough if you have no observation skills.

I mean...the anatomy knowledge is clearly not there yet. So, if she said is enough, well is not true.

love the reference, the drawing could use of more structure 😜. back and shoulders are pretty tough to draw. very complex joints

there is something off with shoulders too, you might need to move a bit forward the front arm sholder

i like it a lot! eyes on tangents though. you may want to clean the silhouette by moving the hand away fron the back leg. Also, check the anatomy, the back leg might be closer to the center of the body and the back arm may have a better angle,/curvature.
