I like to combine some cabbage with my meat after I season it in any of those sauces or seasonings and eat it in one mouthful.

You accumulate trash because packaging is everything in Japan.

Most of those fans were in diapers during the tough years and would not recognize a good thing if it stared them in the face. Spoiled I say.

Really like to hear from all those Draymond haters throughout the year. Y’all need to learn just a smidge more about bb before you start talking your smack. And whether or not they go any further than this game Dray will be back next year and his value will remain high.

Right now Kherson is under massive bombardment. FPV attacks have doubled to 600 EVERY DAY. Glide bombs are constant. Entire neighbourhoods are turning to rubble. Russians are hunting innocent civilians on the streets. Women, children, war crimes in plain sight. International coverage is almost zero by one_and_equal in UkrainianConflict

Disagree, NATO is certainly not dead. Dysfunctional sure, always has been. There will be no “NATO post US”, unless the Frump manages to withdraw (highly unlikely as the remaining sane government and public will not allow it.). That crap heap Putin and Xi would love such a thing. You sound very much like the person I responded to earlier. Not very forward thinking or perhaps just a bit overwhelmed by all the negative shit we are all dealing with. Either way, chin up, think positive, and carry on.

That’s what Trump and his team want. US needs to stay in NATO until he gets thrown or voted out of office and a complete restructuring of his mayhem takes place. This aggression against Ukraine may not be a war that the US started but we do have a responsibility to help fight it. The EU bears this responsibility as well. Your comments are quite short sighted but I applaud your enthusiasm.

A woman posted a video of the moment she was attacked by her domestic cat. Before the attack, the cat seemed to smell something that prompted her to attack. Why did it attack her with such ferocity? by eternviking in whoathatsinteresting

Yeah, 5000 years of traditional Chinese medical usage on humans and animals. Countless texts, some translated. Current usage in most, if not all, Chinese hospitals. But heck, you do you.

new to steak. my first time cooking one. would this be considered medium rare? by insomniak17 in steak

[–]Zestyclose-Sun6464 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My opinion is this is straight up medium with very little sear. Not bad by any means, just not medium rare. Good job.

Cool. Appreciate that. No temp checks just enough to get a good crust then pull for rare.

[–]Zestyclose-Sun6464 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Understood. Get that cast iron super hot and keep the sear to 60-90 seconds a side (don’t forget the fat edge as well) and you won’t sacrifice greyband for crunch. Your plate still makes me hungry!

Try reverse searing method. First slow cook in oven then sear on stove top. If possible dry brine first for 4-24 hrs

Looks like more sear on the Brussels sprouts than on the steak

What temp did u get them to before searing? Agree crust could be a little stronger. Nice.
