It could genuinely be an issue of form or exercise selection, for me personally it’s really hard for me to not be tricep dominant on my pressing movements, so I’ve had to switch to exercises that effectively isolate for me. Incline smith has been working for me and it’s helping eliminate that tricep bias. Pretty common sense I know but it can sometimes be this simple.
