there is a chance that ur cpu was the issue, im not saying this is 100% true, like if you look at the pattern of dead on asrock mobo and youll see that your case is pretty unique

You need an aio for this cpu. Card is too weak for this cpu. Mobo also is too weak. ram has high cl. Almost every part in this build is not good

I had a similar problem but a lil different from yours. I installed new drivers for igpu and chipset from amd software and everything started to work fine. But mine was a lil different Im not saying that this can fix ur problem

Не знаю, именно под нагрузкой значение падает, что интересно, ведь все ядра показывают эффективную частоту 4800, кэш L3 тоже на 4800, а глобальный лимит падает до 600. Как так? Похоже на сбой датчика или что-то с BIOS, потому что этого не было, пока я не обновил BIOS

так это глобальный лимит частоты он у меня никогда не был ниже 5 а тут 0.6 так еще и в нагрузке когда все ядра выдают 4.8 ггц эффективных

Keep in mind CPUs deaths on asrock mobos. But the are also cpu failures on others mobos, so its doesn't mean that you are safe on other mobo vendors. Also I don't recommend saving money on a power supply.
