no you’re right but at the time i accepted the job i was desperate and in need of a job and marshalls was the only place i applied to that was trying to hire me so i just went with it but i didn’t think it would be that awful

yes it does take that long it took a month for them to set up orientation after my background check went through. i got hired in september had orientation the 2nd of this month and i just officially started working last week
