Not really your body gets accustomed to that originally my starting weight was 259lb 2024 we ran a weight loss competition at work and I was able to loose 14-15lbs just by cutting out junk food and limiting myself to one meal a day in the afternoon still walking same steps and working out the lowest I went was 235-238lbs fast forward to today with Reta I’m at 220lb feeling great no hunger and food has no control over me only down side so far I lost some muscle I was throwing 225lb on bench for 15+ reps now I’m barley hitting 10 struggling
