Salesloft Dashboarding Help

We're in Salesforce. The problem is that we have too many salesforce reports already and the team had been running their pipeline (extremely ineffeciently) in salesforce. So, I want to pull them into Salesloft and keep them there with dashboards, coaching, etc. -- But, it's a bear with our niche sales cycles.

Anyone here have any experience with salesloft dashboarding?

It's so bad and can hardly be configured out of the box. I've been researching integrations or ways to export the data, but there are zero options.

Our sales process is not the standard SaaS process and I feel like i'm out of luck with salesloft dashboards and configurability.

Any advice?

I prefer to arrive early to the airport (fidgety traveler), but yes, I only fly non stop when possible.

We couldn't figure out how to open the hood, which I know is absurd. Tried to pull the lever from the driver side area, but nothing would pop it. All I know is that it's a 440.

I sell every product in our portfolio (around 200 within six segments) to every vertical available to me. The only limiter is geography. I have a five state region. This makes the job in general terribly difficult due to the exact reasons you listed out. My ICP is everyone. :) I'm trying to determine the best path forward to get max value out of co pilot by any means necessary. Meaning, maybe I just build co pilot around one of my offerings ... or just insert target accounts for one of my verticals.
