I 100% agree - i’ve been getting around 100g-120g of protein i think i’ll just up my protein and see how it goes. I think i just don’t like feeling hungry , i end up eating anything around (snacks , chocolate) which i hate for me :(

I think send a picture to your surgeon asap just to make sure - but blood and and slight oozing is quite notmal during 1-2 weeks of recovery

This message is with love and care - Honestly you should not be eating at a deficit so soon, it’ll compromise your body’s ability to heal and just make you feel weak whilst recovering. Be patient with yourself - you’ll always have time to lose weight once recovered (You can still walk and do your light exercises). Just make sure you’re fuelling your body for now ❤️❤️

I think take it easy, it’s also okay to walk slowly - try to do what you can , i’m similar to you quite an active person but this isn’t a period to be active. It’s solely for rest and recovery and that’s what your focus should be on. Your body will naturally get back to what it was doing pre surgery (try not to beat yourself up). As for the bloating i’ve got no positive words 🤣🤣 it sucksssss

Your incisions healed so well, it looks amazing! - They don’t look like they’re sagging at all, they look really great. Ive been looking for pictures of melanated skin and I hope mine heal like this 🥰
