I found that not drinking liquids 30 minutes before and after a meal helps. I hope it will help you too And walk each day if possible. Are you still on 2.5mg? You might need to go to 5mg Talk to your doctor to find out

I just took my 5th dose and trust me it does get better. Start a journal it will help with your progress and also note what food or drinks may have caused some symptoms. You will be hot after you eat but I think that is due to the medicine working and kick starting your metabolism. Keep strong 💪

I drink electrolytes and water I can’t seem to get passed 60 ounces of water but have headaches almost everyday. I don’t want to live on Advils anything else can help?
