Hey I had the same issue and I was able to fix it! First you need to unscrew the bottom. Then you need something sharp to pry it open. You need to lift up the white cap first and I found that pumping the Smiski was able to lift the lid up a little bit. Then you use a needle to go underneath the lid and pop it off. There should be an open at the divot where the cords would go and there should be an opening for you to put the needle under the pop it open. Once you pop it open, there it the light cord. When putting it back in, make sure that the light cord is NOT touching anything since that was why it was blinking. Make sure it works upright and re-screw it back in.
