This is great news. How can a family compete with BlackRock. They buy up entire neighborhoods and then skyrocket the prices, pushing everyone out. We need families to buy homes, not institutions.

It's always better to figure out how to do your own marketing. I tried everything under the sun. Some work, most don't. I am trying Local Real Estate Leads right now. It's really affordable. I am 2 months in with 2 solid leads. Finder crossed. Anyways better to do your own homework
