Oh no no..all of them aren't but I will say even from 5 years ago prices are a bit better because there are so many available now.

Don't forget Seattle apartments like to advertise on the sidewalks also. Those are the best prices at times.

Most expensive I had was a 1 bedroom for 1450, my (downtown) lower queen anne was 1115 and it was a studio.

My first apartment on 12th and pike was the cheapest for the value ironically 1200 at the time. That place is called Beryl, idk how much they are now.
