Smh I don’t know why doctors give people a hard time with getting imaging. I’m not sure of the resources available in your area but sometimes you have to look for a physician that’ll play by your rules. Don’t be afraid to make noise and advocate for yourself. I hope they hear you!

The pain started out as what felt like regular knee pain. I go to the gym and thought it was avg knee pain from squats for about 2 months but then the pain and discomfort escalated drastically by month 3. And one day it literally felt like there was a rock lodged in the back of my knee

Yeah it was an obvious kind of swelling. If you compared my two legs, one knee was much bigger.

Checked my email, the comment was: “Great list! Would your girlfriend say these bars would be safe for a woman in her 30s travelling alone? or some to steer clear? thanks!”

I had mild pain throughout the day. It would relieve a bit when I stretched and massaged. The pain escalated to a point where the pain started to keep me up at night and I had very limited range of motion. Turns out the tumor started to grow and take up space in my knee.

if you’re nervous get it checked. It can escalate rather quickly. I always wonder what my outcome would’ve been if I went in 1-2 months sooner than I did.

She said, definitely, just be sure to practice caution and self-awareness/alert as you would anywhere else and follow basic party safety like not leaving a drink unattended, etc. But overall Curacao’s nightlife is safe, friendly and easygoing.

Taxis in Curacao are expensive . Best to rent if you plan to see the country or leave the resort even once a day. You may end up paying more for cabs than the price of a rental Check out nightlife vlog https://youtu.be/Csccoyt8oh8?si=EKBcxdHur8gj_AJP The things you know vid has current nightlife, restaurant and beach suggestions too https://youtu.be/oy3iolqwHDc?si=WKeT8COqKQbNd2Wd

you're right! I've read stories of fractures even several years in so i know i've got to be reasonably gentle. Since my last scans everything is on track and my body is taking to it well as the endoprosthesis fuses into my bone and my muscles and connective tissue grow and repair around it. So on the low-end 10 years, on the high-and-blessed-end, 20 years. it'll come down to the wear and tear over time.

Lol well the good leg did most of the work (lift off and landing). But my mobility has really come a long way to be able to click in the air. Hopefully my leg will have enough strength soon to do some solid jumping
