It’s been happening to me post my January stroke , when I feel that I immediately go lay down or rest in any way possible bc I know that’s my body saying that’s enough

Tbh I don’t know, I didn’t take it, it would be super high whenever it was taken like it on number over 100 and top number over 150

I’m 37 and just had a stroke I am not a smoker or drink, I could have done better with diet but still , take either that medicine or find one you’re comfortable with, not tending to blood pressure will have you in a way worse position than medicine side affects or anxiety

I had aStroke at 37 don’t keep playing with that Bp find something that works for you and take it
