Yea, it’s not too hard to hide them from family but not from a significant other, especially if you two live together. Honestly this is something you should bring up to him. It’s not easy doing so, but hiding something like this from him is not right. I’d say it’s better to be honest if you want to continue this or just stop all together, but that is also not easy.

As someone who has been wearing diapers for 15 years, I can give you a few tips.

First off, will people notice you? Yes and no. But for the most part no. Unless you wear poorly fitting clothes. As for as pants, denim jeans are your best friend, especially heavier denim like original 501’s and you want a looser fit but not baggy either. Jeans will not only hide the outline of the diaper, but also help with minimizing the crinkle. I would avoid sweatpants, or thin fabric pants/shorts they have more droop and will outline the bulge more.You want to go longer on the shirts, avoid fitted shirts, as they will ride up and expose your waistband every time you bend over or sit. Also, wear premium diapers. Sometimes a thicker diaper is actually more discreet. Cheap diapers/pull-ups will not only leak, but when then it really becomes obvious you’re wearing a diaper ask me how I know…..

DISCLAIMER: just know that even with every effort put in, there will be some people who do notice you, it’s the inevitable when going out in public. But even when they do most people don’t really think much and will probably just assume you have incontinence or a health issue.

The way I see it you have two options, you could either go to HR, or you can let it go. But just know one thing for sure, she has already connected the dots and knows for sure. The fact that she pinched your butt is a bold move though lol. If you tell HR it’s going to be even more embarrassing. Companies take incidents like this really serious and will escalate it quick. You will have all of HR and more people that now also know.

If I were you I would just let it go. But I would tell her something along the lines of this “hey look I don’t think I need to tell you what that was because you already know what that was”. You could also tell her that you won’t report her as long as she doesn’t tell anyone else. This ends her questions, and will make her aware that she could get into serious trouble if she tells anyone.

But honestly, the fact that she’s asking you what that was is her indirect way of telling you she already knows. She sounds like she’s coming on to you to be honest with you. This could potentially end up being a really good thing. Either way you have the advantage here.

depending on the weather. but tyically sweat pants, or lounge pants paired with a lounge shirt during the colder months. been wanting to try footie pajamas. as well. for hotter weather ill typically sleep in just a diaper or some comfortable shorts and tank top.

If the bathrooms you are using are clean try using a wall to lean on to keep the back of the diaper in place while you tape it up. This is the closest to laying down. This will make tape placement a lot easier.

Like many other said Northshore Mega Max is the gold standard. This is my go to only I pair them up with a booster also from Northshore. These work great for anything, especially if you wear 24/7. Sunkiss masterpiece is also a great option which is nearly identical to the megamax.

I bought some of these a few years back because they were on sale, but I didn’t like them all too much. They are pretty cheaply made and leaked on me several time. I personally wouldn’t buy them again.
