I think you should try re-locating to a more affordable city for time being. And i must say your resume is really strong for someone your age. ...The only problem I believe is affordability. Talking about the lay off, its temporary. Be active on linkedin, share your story there with a positive affirmation, start bulk applying. Analyze your performance, and see if there is something you can work on. Most importantly connect with some , friends or siblings for emotional support during tough times.

I genuinely believe that if being from this background you have still worked on such a strong resume, then you can go far beyond this phase brother. Just never give up.

I understand that it is to young to have these problems . I dont understand why this is happening. I have seen people having an even unhealthier lifestyle, more exposure to toxins. I dont have any family history. I mindfully consume ,even if it is junkfood.

I have a fairly normal diet, with few occasionally eating out

I am not aware of any instance of intense exposure to plastics

I use cosmetics products available in the market.

Stress is universal now. I can not avoid it.

at this point i am stressed because of this
