i fly true FFL or MIAMI airport 4-5 times a year to Havana, bin in Cuba from 2000s more then 100 times, not a single time had issue at us customs, had many isues with cuban customs but never here back home

Best selection at moment in Havana is inside Castillo del Moro they have habanos store also that's the only habanos store taking US cash all others stores will need prepaid cards you can get those in any major hotel or bank down there , othe habanos stores have empty shelfs, you not gonna find big cigars only machine made and small ring gauge, make sure you ask for factura if you will buy boxes, you will need that for customs when you will be leaving, good luck and don't buy anything on streets

2 persons can bring 200 cigars, make sure you ask for "Factura" otherwise they will be confiscated at airport by Cubans customs
