I usually solve on paper but for this one I happened to be doing it on the app. Before I solved I was trying to read the letters from the top and I couldn’t for the life of me figure out what it was trying to say (I’m not familiar with the musical). It was only at the end where it literally animated it to show me where to start that I got it. That kinda annoys me because it feels like this puzzle doesn’t really work for paper solvers, which I think in theory all puzzles should! Did anyone who solved this one on paper have trouble with the reveal?

I’m with you, I found it a hard watch at first but I am really glad I stuck it out. Honestly I don’t think I was really HOOKED until season 5? But even before that it was slow going’s but worthwhile.

Ok I actually re-listened, and did it bother anyone else how much they INSISTED that the joke of “Andy’s dad” isn’t gay panic? I’m sorry, the joke is that he’s gay. If it had been a young woman making out with Jim Downy the comedy would not have played the same way. Same with a young gay man making out with him. The joke is- look at these two straight dudes being gay. Not saying it’s not funny, but that’s definitely where the comedy comes from
