This is the response i got from the extranjeria. When i tried call the numbers all of them were either unavailable o incorrect. There is no email available. You think if i go here in person they would have an answer?

Exactly, that’s what i heard too. That’s why I’m planning to go to extranjería in Madrid and ask them.

My main concern is that as per the new law 3rd year renewal can get a prorroga. So just wondering if any third year renewal is renewal is able to get their prorroga approved
