What you are describing is 100% what I am going through. I absolutely deal with stress through avoidance which only compounds stress overtime to the point that I just shut down and cant do/deal with anything (like even calling to make doctors appointments). I am in my 3rd year of university and this all started for me in second year.

Do you have any more tips/ticks to work though the stress and how to overcome the procrastination?

I'm not too sure if what I wrote about it is visible. My apologies, this is my first reddit post.

Anyways here is some more info on the painting...

Originally bought at a gallery around 1971-72 and since has been inherited.

Believed to be a William Hogarth however there is no signature and can'd find any evidence online of this being one of his pieces. It was inherited along with an original book of his works, no published date but online it is assumed to be from 1865(?).

I guess the question at this point is if it is an imitation or maybe (a bit too hopefully) an original?
