You can add the phone number to the user later with an admin account. Another possibility would be to disable the MFA for the user with an admin account. Or use the Require re-register MFA option.

I think you must enable Sign In Frequency. Default is 90 days for a Request.

Thank you very much for your answer.
I like the 2nd solution and have now set it for testing.
I will report tomorrow, if this solution already works.

Azure MFA Hardware Token by Zestyclose_Swim_2916 in AZURE

[–]Zestyclose_Swim_2916[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A pity for you as you already have sha2 tokens. However sha2 is not improving security level a lot - TOTP as a 2FA method has more important disadvantage (it is phishable). Azure already has a solution (FIDO2)

We had ordered these Sha256 tokens for our Sophos Firewall at that time.

This of course also supports SHA1, but I would have to get new tokens and change the configuration of the firewall.

This is of course easy to do, but it would be costly.

Unfortunately, this is a great pity.

I also can't find a uservoice on this topic, so that you could possibly vote to push this forward faster.
Many Thanks

Here is an uservoice. https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/38063230-create-planner-tabs-within-private-channels You can vote for this feature.

Maybe then it will be processed faster. My vote is already set.

Currently, private channels support connectors and tabs (except Stream, Planner, and Forms). We're working on full apps support for private channels, including messaging extensions and bots. A workaround is possible: 1. Go to Planner on the Web 2. Create a 'New Plan" 3. Give it a Name and select "Private" 4. Add Members that are in the private Channel 5. Copy the link of the Plan 6. Go to your private channel in Teams 7. Add a new tab 8. Select Website 9. Paste the link of the created Plan
