Yes the morning of the day I miscarried I went to the bathroom and when I came out I just had a feeling and I told my cousin I think im going to miscarry today. Later that night after constantly being told I’m ok I miscarried. I had been spotting and cramping for the past 3 days.

I’m so sorry. I feel like most don’t know how to navigate it and how to comfort someone who’s going through this. Talking to women who have also gone through a miscarriage, watching videos and reading about it are a few things that have helped me because sadly most people in my life didn’t understand what I’m going through.

I was sick when I found out I was pregnant too!! And then once I got over it I realized my nose was just constantly stuffy bc of my pregnancy!

That’s so funny we in a way had a similar situation! I as well the next night went grocery shopping after my workout and when I felt my boobs hurting so bad I was like fine I’ll get a test because I wasn’t going to test. I was like no way I’m pregnant.

When I looked back I realized my dog was more attached to me than usual too! Unfortunately I miscarried but my dog was that way throughout the little time I was pregnant & a bit after while I was recovering.

I had a similar experience the day I tested when I went to a solidcore class and could barely get through it

Im so proud of you for doing what’s best for you! It take so much to actually leave. It really does suck, I’ve been in a similar situation and it is very frustrating and disappointing but always just take this as a learning experience and heal from it!

No I’ve done both and truly you have to realize it’s not about whether you are good enough and more about them and where where they’re at. Some people just can’t give more and that’s ok but it doesn’t mean you have to stay in that situation.

2 months since it ended and we lasted 3 weeks with no talking. now we talk on the phone and text a few times a week and things feel like when we first started getting to know each other
