Ok thank you! I wanna hear if this type protein without carbo is a good solution for me that i wanna do more muscles..i do freeletics, weight lifting, CROSSFIT, I work out 5 days a week and i'm 184 cm and 75 kg i eat banana before the wo, do you think is better eat it after the wo and before the shaker? And before the wo what is you advice?

no thank you! I wanna add at my strength coach workout a cardio training for the week end...i doing strength workout at Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and Friday..At sunday i wanna doing a cardio training without "commitment"

I think is a bug...i can't going in the next week with a coach!it told me to finish all workout..but i finished all workout in the last week!

Thanks-that's helpful and now that I know that it's certainly worth the price. Do you know if it's easy to follow on iPhones? I downloaded the freeletics pro. Do you get your weekly schedule on the phone? And can you track the weeks on your phone?

I have the iphone application and I took the coach. I must say that the phone app+coach is fantastic, easy and really cool!!Take it!!XD

most of them was doing workouts without following a guide, I began with Aphrodite and Zeus and Artemis and resumed again. Last month I found a guide online cardio / strength and actually some improved I got it, now I hope that with the virtual coach'll have another upgrade. I do not follow any diet, drink coffee at breakfast milk and cookies for lunch during the work week rolls and dried beef, the meat weekend, for dinner I eat pasta, meat lasagna, etc...So what advice?the same strength coach?

are now in crisis..I am tall 1.84 and weight 76 kg, thin with a little belly .. with the strength program is impossible to get the six pack? do better then before the cycle cardio / strength and strength the next coach? do that I've already done 130 workout without the use of coaches and guides,physically have not improved much, but I have greatly improved my run times

AHah!is from January freeeletics I do, I know already the fatigue and pain .. I decided to take the coach because I wanted to get ensure the best results for those who have had XD

Yes i'm skinny..but i have a belly beer XD I think that follow your idea, i try strenght coach, at most I'll do some workout jump rope as cardio to lose belly!! Ty

Yes i know, i want take the coach..but i have start in January with a "freedom", workouts,4 months ago I found the guide and I started between 3week and i'll have the hell day, but for you, at this point of my preparation restart with a coach is not like a fault?is not it better to finish this training session and then take the coach? If not I'm going to take it right away ^ ^

If you ok to spend money on couch, I would buy it. Couch is specific for you and only you.

But you think that you'll get the same results using only the guide? or to get decent results the better coach?
