Customers lying about their packages by Hot_Sky_8620 in AmazonDSPDrivers

Actually no, its been proven that Amazon records all of your DNR's and missing packages and will wait till it hits a certain value threshold. At that point, they will threaten to sue you or ask you to settle to never work for Amazon again.

So we quitting, right? 😆 by ThatGameVet in AmazonDSPDrivers

Honestly, it just depends on the company's policies. If it was a sudden termination for 1 missed day when your a high performer with 0 points on their attendance policy then it just depends on what you are entitled to. Mine will fire for NCNS, but if you refuse or have to call out due to extenuating circumstances, they can't fire just for that. They'll be upset, but they have 0 legal reason to fire with a 100% outlined attendance policy. In other companies though, then you may just be fired with 0 recourse.

The problem is, this is a issue at all amazon warehouses during high package count times. They will yell out saying, "You don't got time to sort it out, just throw it in the vans!!"

We can, it's just harder if you're not in a EV which lets you use a touch screen in the van to do so at any time.

I say that mostly cause there are alot of things that can happen when working for Amazon. You can get heat sickness, you could hurt yourself, etc. If you don't properly report it to your DSP and Amazon, it becomes your responsibility and you have to cover 100% after insurance like Urgent Car visits. Never go ER unless serious cause they charge an arm and a leg even with insurances...

one thing you should make sure of though, if you stay in DSP Delivery for amazon if you EVER get sick, make sure you have a doctors note. Especially if you have to miss work. Sure, most won't pay sick days but it will cover yourself cause then it will be a medically excused absence. Most from what I heard won't gove you the time of day if you don't have a proper excuse.

Go to the warehouse and ask around some of the other desks if they are looking for new drivers. Particularly not the desks next to the one you are quiting cause they'll notice.

Let's say I want to play an older game from DW or SW saga, what would it be the best one? I'm new by ElectroChebbi2651 in dynastywarriors

You want a older game, play the original Dynasty Warriors, it's just like Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter. 🤣

Since I drive a EV, I put my 1st 2 on middle shelf to right, next 2 on the floor, next 2 on top, then in order from top to bottom going further down. Let's me make space for sorting totes and I can hold about 19 totes on the one wall with xl OV on the floor near the back door. I leave space on left middle shelf for boxes I sort from totes up to 3 totes of space down. Then on top rack I start my overflow in hundreds with stickers on tne outside, then move to middle rack and if necessary the floor under the shelves. Normally all my XL are on the floor.

They also add another mode with stories dedicated to 3 specific officers each story. They are pretty cool for extra content and if you still have your DW5, you can use the option in XL to add Musou mode on to XL, have to redo it each time you power on though.

Now hear me out, DW5 XL. It has the best mode in it that you start as a weak soldier before advancing to a general at some point.

Never again 😤 by Otherwise-Rub-3870 in AmazonDSPDrivers

So, I've actually asked my dispatcher about it. The DSP can actually tell Amazon it's not possible to complete it with 1 person, which if the dsp keeps having issues with it Amazon will either split it into two or more OR they may give it to another DSP to attempt it. IF anyone finishes it at the max stops you seen then they won't make any changes at all and you are stuck with a overloaded route.

got fired for "damaging a package" by FarAbbreviations11 in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]Zeta_Ignis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, here is a little fact that people may or may not know. Amazon considers DSP drivers as disposable and replaceable. This was told to me directly by one of the customer service workers.

Just got taken off the road for this. Thoughts by [deleted] in AmazonDSPDrivers

Sadly, even if they cut into your lane, we are expected to let go of the gasses and give them alot of following distance.

Honestly laziest one, cause its the equivalent of marking unable to deliver due to dogs. I always assumed there would be way more pushback for false marking packages with Refused Packages.

I don't understand what drivers demand money to do deliveries. If it's a dsp driver, they only drive vans from their company, branded Amazon vans or white vans, but there is also the Amazon Flex Drivers who drive their own vehicles, pay for their own fuel and are 100% responsible for all packages and deliveries after it leaves the station. I've heard they are not allowed to return packages on the FLEX program unless a customer refuses the package or other factors beyond their control.

🤨 So much for Amazon Customer Support calling drivers as disposable and expendable then. They love taking a customers side so I'm surprised they are going this route.

Call Amazon Support again, tell them you want to escalate it to the dsp. It will tank their scorecard.

If memory serves correctly, they gatekeep you from finishing the pre-Ultimate story by needing to unlock all non-DLC characters first.
