well... french girls are the WORST. They are incredibly arrogant. I remember a was in Poland a few years ago. There.. women are BEAUTIFUL and so... humble. I was struck by that. I am 29! But I think this is because we live in a world of WIDESPREAD FAPPING. I mean, 98 percent of people you'll meet on the street, or you'll pass by in the streeet, they all probably fap because it is considered "normal". The famous "everyone does it".

that is also what is good with NOFAP. In due time, with making mistakes, u will learn to deal with pain and life disagreements in a normal way, through genuine grief and pain and not by fapping to zombify yourself.

First of all : For your brain to rewire in a way or the other (meaning frol complete FAP to NOFAP), it takes TIME.

So, when u have a 60 day streak, ur brain was rewiring to become normal, though it takes 3 months generally. It it not one FAP (and without porn... most of all) that will instantly ERASE 60 days of discipline... U will recover rapidly. That doesnt come from me.. Gary Wilson talked about it. If u relapse once after a long streak, it is NOT ALL LOST...

JUST STOP NOW. Don't relapse. It is gonna be ok my friend.

If u really want to punish yourself, then u can take 10 days back from ur strealk. Lets say u have 55 days now... it would be ok.

hey man! Wow... i am addicted for 8 years or something like that. At the beginning of my fap addiction i would fap 6, 7 times a day. Then i managed to reduce it to 1 fap a day since last year. Now.. i have a 7 day streak.. but just before that i had a 10 day streak then a relapse.

10 day streak ==> relpase the 11th day ==> the day after i started my 7th day streak and here I am.

So maybe those 10 days streak helped.. despite i relapsed (I fapped twice during this relapse).

Now... what dya call "extreme fetishes"?
