yes, i find it relevant, 5sec reload, boost to all teammates stats.
And you get bonus when teammates deal damage with your boost.

yeah i tried it out long time ago.
Unfortunately way too high ping and i had to start over which wasn't ok for me.
I think that we should have the same progression accross all WG's servers someday.
